Hi, I just moved over here with my channel(s). I have one remark: when I view the plugin NoFed settings, I see federation is disabled. Or maybe it is enabled, but the buttons show disabled. A bit confusing.

@
jeroenpraat
does that mean your hub is dead?
I have checked mine and seems to be looking fine:

I think maybe jeroen refers to the white square before the plugin name which looks a little like an empty checkbox?

That's the nofed icon. I intentionally used something that evoked the idea of nothingness.

No, you got it all wrong
.
I didn't had NoFed on my old hub. After I cloned and moved my old channel to hub.disroot I checked the plugin settings and noticed that the two NoFed toggles were set to No.
I've set them now both to yes, but I was afraid that other new users would also experience it.

If the plugin is not enabled for the channel, it has no effect. What are you worried about @

?

I'm pretty sure defaults are set to federate. At least noone else was complaining about it. However I will have a look to make sure.

@

I was concerned that other new users were also impacted, so that were my worries. If you are sure the defaults are correct @
muppeth
there's no problem. It was probably a clone issue.
