I'm currently on Diaspora (rca@share.naturalnews.com) but looking at Hubzilla. So far it looks like a lot steeper learning curve, but also a lot more features! I haven't figured out how to add contacts from my Diaspora and bring them to my brand new Hubzilla channel. The documentation is a bit confusing. I wonder if there are
video tutorials for beginning users.

history. I retired after 30 years in #
Fire-Rescue as a #
firefighter, #
paramedic, #
engineer, and #
training officer. Now enjoying a second career driving a #
flatbed #
truck, mostly in my home State of #
Florida. Married with two #
kids, one in the #
Army and one a #
missionary. I'm very proud of both! Also a #
grandfather of three.
Still very leery of #
technology, but delighted to have discovered how easy #
Linux is to use, even for an old guy like me.
I'm looking forward to learning my way around this fascinating platform.
