@searoso Ton of isolation. A layer of harden wood fiber isolation from the outside (60 mm), then wood fiber isolation (about 180mm) in beteen the beams and then another thermo harden wood fiber isolation on top of the OSB plates (another 60mm), then a layer of either dry wall or clay finish.
The temperatures in winter are not so bad but they do occasionally go under 0 degree C.
