So trying to change my habbits I decided on going to sleep early and waking up early to work as oppose to spending whole night working and sleeping very little. Specially now when working at the house by 22:00 my body is so exhausted it can only think of sleeping. After few days of trying, I managed to wake up at 5 am just before the alarm went off. This made me get up form bed as I felt I am ready. Hopefully I can train my body to get up at 4 am. It would be perfect balance to get shit done while having good sleep
