it feels great to build endurance. Yes, it's great also been fast, perform at your peak fitness status, but that feeling when you can run for miles and miles without energy slope (down), man that feels really fun, the sun and heat in your skin, listening the sound of the forest, the birds, breathing effortlessly,... untill it fatigue comes. FOR SURE it eventually comes!! 😂 but you have enjoyed your trail/road and being there in that moment.
It takes time to reach that state of mind, but you don't need to run for hours to feel it. You just need to practice patience and regular on your practice, you can feel the same in just 40 minutes run in a park near home.
