I went for a barefoot run this morning, third in a row (7, 10 and 20k) in three days to check how feet adapt.
Everything ok, I had the oportunity to check where my feet suffer more, where could emerge problems and be cautious.
It was quite windy so I had some problems to control pace, overall I felt really relaxed, soft landing, relaxed breathe and finally make it: 5:40/km and average HR around MAF value.
This is a segment (forth and back), it shows how good was pace control.

HR: very stable around MAF value, those final 4km I think they are wrong, not realistic by my feeling and real pace.
Cadence: 180ppm, virtually constant
Pace: quite good and constant considering how windy it was
