!Disroot Community Hi! Has anyone been able to access hub.disroot.org via Andstatus app? If so: which type of network did you chose, which host, and how did you config SSL access? Thanks! 🙏🙏
I know some are already developing Andhub app (which I guess will be optimal for Hubzilla), but I would also like some cross-network app to work at least for the most basic usage: see "network activity" timeline and post messages, hopefully with the ability to attach images.

Thanks! If I try to connect creating a GNU Social host with hub.disroot.org as server, at the beginning I have the same behaviour as the user in the forum rodneyrod commented on Jun 17, 2018.
But, I see something more: changing timelines I have seen notifications, and switching again to home timeline, posts appear. I will try in the next answer to type from andstatus ;)

@andstatus@hub.disroot.org And this is an answer typed from #andstatus already. I wonder if the mention will work since it seems it should point to the andstatus account in quitter.no (@andstatus@quitter.no) but it strangely points to an @andstatus@hub.disroot.org. By the way, quitter.no server will be closed on September, FYI

@andstatus@quitter.no So, it seems mentions do not work (I guess this is server-side issue). But mentions to me are caught, home and sent timelines work, and even basic text formatting such as quotes, etc also work well. Great! 🙏🙏✨ I see a bug, but it is something other than this, so I will try to post in a new message, also to test the app further

@andstatus Ok, I found something else, which I didn't notice yesterday: in my home timeline only my sent messages and the messsges which mention me appear. There are none from the people I "follow", though it is not an exact term in Hubzilla. In hubzilla there are relationships with different degrees of closeness, and you can chose which range you want to be shown at a certain moment. I would expect to appear all of them. However, I read somewhere a more precise description of this, and the difficulty of translating "relationships" in hubzilla to the "following" and "followed by" concepts and uses of other networks. For example, hubzilla has this thing called nomadic identity, which allows to have two accounts in different servers to behave exactly as if they were the same. I am quite new to Hubzilla, so I can't explain in detail what this exactly means, or understand the implications for a client such as #Andstatus
